01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and sg555 ("sg555," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the sg555 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at sg555.app.

By creating an account, accessing the sg555 platform, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the sg555 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with sg555's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the sg555 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. sg555 strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of sg555, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the sg555 platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

sg555 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on sg555. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your sg555 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify sg555 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your sg555 account.

sg555 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. KYC verification may require submission of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license) and proof of address.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

sg555 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on sg555:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the sg555 cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the sg555 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• sg555 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your sg555 account. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• sg555 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

sg555 processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

sg555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the terms of each promotion.
• sg555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the sg555 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

sg555 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, sg555 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. sg555 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sg555 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with sg555 games or systems.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to sg555 support immediately.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use sg555 for illegal financial transactions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing sg555 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at sg555 staff or other players.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the sg555 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of sg555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the sg555 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from sg555 without prior written consent.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sg555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the sg555 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

sg555's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sg555 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.

10 Responsible Gaming

sg555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the sg555 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

sg555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also request voluntary closure of your sg555 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Amendments to These Terms

sg555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sg555 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the sg555 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the sg555 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent sg555 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
